Processing Time
-Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, sales or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Australia-Wide Shipping- We currently ship throughout Australia
Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: $15 AUD
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $100 AUD or more. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping : We currently ship international to the united states, Canada , United kingdom and New Zealand.
USA & Canada: $30 AUD — Estimated transit time: 6–15 business days
United Kingdom: $35 AUD — Estimated transit time: 6–15 business days
New Zealand: $22 AUD — Estimated transit time: 6–15 business days

Order Tracking
-Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address
-Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed, Lost or Delivered Parcels
